At OurClone, we strive to offer competitive prices for the Pro version. However, as a provider of client-side software, we are unable to offer refunds once the Pro version has been activated. Please make sure to test the free version thoroughly before making a purchase.
Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Issued
- Expired licenses, where the purchase date exceeds the product’s permissible period.
- Requests made more than 30 days following the initial purchase.
- Purchases where the product did not meet expectations without prior use of the free version as suggested.
- Refund requests declined when substantial use of the Pro version has been made within the initial days of service, but significant service days remain.
- Unauthorized transactions, including cases of credit card fraud. In such cases, please contact your issuing bank immediately.
- Failure to receive a confirmation email within an hour of purchase due to potential issues like internet or system failures, spam filters, or incorrect email entries.
- Refunds denied for buyers who change their minds or cite personal circumstances like unawareness of subscription renewal or no longer needing the service.
- Refunds not processed when the client declines troubleshooting assistance or refuses to provide detailed descriptions or apply proposed solutions by OurClone support.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers are subject only to the return policies of those sellers.
Refund Eligibility
- Accidental purchase of the wrong product, corrected by placing the right order through OurClone immediately afterward.
- Purchasing the same product more than once or buying two products with similar features by mistake.
- Non-receipt of a confirmation email within 24 hours post-purchase, and lack of a timely response from support after making contact.
- Enduring software technical issues unaddressed within 15 days from the initial complaint.
